Pack the products you are returning carefully so they will not get damage during shipping.
We will email you with the address for mailing the items back to us. It would be a good idea to insure the package, or get a delivery confirmation or tracking number. We are not responsible (and will not be able to issue a refund) for shipments that we don't receive, or that are damaged because of inadequate packaging.
